TIME-FRAMES AND RATES

Convolo is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-11pm, with a minimum 4 hours on Saturdays and a minimum of 3 hours on all other days. View rates here.

CAPACITY, LOCATION, PARKING

The space accommodates 80+ seated. Convolo is located downtown near 8th & Railroad just minutes from Phillips Ave. There are parking lots attached, street parking, and a parking garage nearby. View a parking map here.

PLAN TIME FOR SET UP + TEAR DOWN

Your booked time-frame is your access time into the space. Ensure that you allot for set up or tear down within your booked time-frame. You may add set up or tear down services for $100 per service. Note this covers only set up of tables, chairs and linens if you rented them from us. You have the option to add walk away services for $250.

OPEN FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

For your flexibility, you are welcome to cater with any catering company, or you may bring in your own food. View our vendor recommendations here.

BEER AND WINE PERMITTED

You may serve beer and wine to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises. For distilled spirits or to sell alcohol, a licensed caterer/bartender must serve it on site according to SD state law.

the suite

The Suite is attached to the Convolo space and is available to add onto your rental. It can serve as a closed off bridal suite, an area for breakout sessions, or extra space for storage/back-of-house usage during your event. With great natural light and a tasteful interior, it can be a worthy add-on for your rental. *Since the suite is attached to our main Convolo space, it cannot be rented individually.

optional services

SET UP SERVICES: $100

Set up services includes a 2D rendering of a customized floor plan (or choose one from our website) and we will have the tables and chairs set up according to your desired layout when you arrive. If you rent table linens from us, we will also put them on the tables for you. For suggested layouts, see www.theconvolo.com/layouts

TEAR DOWN SERVICES: $100

Tear down services allows you to leave up tables and chairs after your event meaning you are not responsible to break them all down and store them. 

WALK AWAY SERVICES: $250

Walk away services allows you to leave after your rental without removing disposables and trash. Our staff will handle all of the clean up on your behalf to make for a seamless day.
